Land allocated in Norra station

On 14 February, the Land Planning Board met and took the two following decisions as concerns developments in the Norra station area:
1) “The Board allocates land for commercial purposes within the property entitled Vasastaden 1:16 to NCC Property Development AB.”
2) “The Board mandated the Land Planning Office to conclude a land allocation agreement.”

This means that NCC has been allocated land consisting of the two plots east of Solna Bridge on Norra stationsgatan. Currently NCC is planning to construct commercial property and housing.
