The Board of Directors of Stockholm Science City Foundation represents academia, the private sector and society.

Head of operations is CEO Ylva Williams. Thorbjörn Ekström is acting Chairman of the Board. Thorbjörn Ekström is R&D director at the Stockholm County Council.
