Scientific council
Stockholm Science City Foundation works to develop increase the collaboration between the three universities, Karolinska Institutet, Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University. This includes facilitating of development projects and interdisciplinary research programs initiated by researchers from the three universities. These projects are intended to further strengthen the academic foundation of what is to become the city based scientific community.
Stockholm Science City has a scientific council, with members appointed by the presidents of the respective university and the county council. The council has an advisory role and an anchoring role towards the universities and its researchers.
